Anvitirus Troubleshooting

Antivirus like McAfee, Norton, BitDefender, MalawareBytes, F-Secure, Kaspersky can interfere with normal Trucky operations.

Windows Defender is not a problem.

Refer to your Antivirus guide

Here are relevant paths you can add to exclusions the following paths and ports.

Firewall

Port 9002 - UTP and UDP

%localappdata%\Programs\Trucky\Trucky.exe

Paths (recursive)

%appdata%\Trucky

%appdata%\Trucky\databases

%localappdata%\Programs\Trucky

%localappdata%\Programs\Trucky\Trucky.exe

In case of Dispatcher is not working correctly:

%localappdata%\Programs\Trucky\resources\assets\tools\SII_Decrypt.exe
