Real or Race Stats are the way we call the max speed limit you can reach once (or you may drive under) to be considered for Real or Race Distance Leaderboard:

Real Miles or Real Stats: max 100 kmh (62 mph) in ETS2 or 130 kmh (80 mph) in ATS
Race Miles or Race Stats: over Real Stats
Invalid: over 180 kmh (112 mph), not considered in Miles Leaderboards
