Dedicated Servers FAQs

If you don’t see your Dedicated Server in Convoy Browser, try the following solutions:

Check your Server is Online

Have you configured the Discord Webhook address? If yes, you should have received a message when the server is online with the given Session ID

More than 8 slots

If the server is configured with more than 8 slots, you have to configure your game config as described in the ?128 custom command output or follow this guide: https://truckyapp.com/kb/cant-find-my-server-with-more-than-8-slots-in-convoy-browser/

No Steam Logon Token

If your Server’s Session ID starts with 9, you are not using the Steam Logon Token. Follow this guide to create one: https://truckyapp.com/kb/how-to-create-a-server-logon-token/. Without a Steam Logon Token the server won’t appear in the Convoy Browser.

Modded Session

If your Server is a Modded Session, configure your Convoy Browser Search filters as follow:

• Session with MODs: yes
• Session with Optional MODs: yes – if the server has the Mods Optioning feature enabled

Use the Session ID

The Session ID is the most reliable method to find your server in the Convoy Browser

Why can’t star as favourite my server or my friend’s server?

Because the server is not using a Steam Logon Token. Follow the “No Steam Logon Token” help above
