Company Ranks

Company Ranks permit to assign automatically a rank and a Discord Roles based on overall performance in the Company.

Only completed jobs are considered and the Rank is assigned only after the first completed job.

A rank is identified by the minimum Total Distance Driven calculated on accepted distance considering only Completed Jobs.

Create or Edit a Rank

When managing the Company Rank, you have to choose what is the minimum distance necessary to assign the rank to a given user.

Discord Role assigning works in the same way of Company Tags or Roles.

Mass assigning Ranks

When using the feature for the first time or defining, changing ranks requirements, the Mass Assign feature permits to assign massively to all members the rank they should be in after those changes.

The process should be quite quick and then the background process will assign roles on Discord, this could take a while based on your Company size.

Be aware the mass assigning assign only the given Discord Role and don’t remove or sync all roles from the user. If you change rank requirements you should before clear all role members on Discord and then mass assign ranks.

Assing manually a Rank to a Member

You can assign manually a Rank to a Member from the Tags and Role Dialog for the given user.

If you assign a rank higher than the member should be in based on distance driven performance, at each job completed, the rank will be maintained. This means, basically, the member won’t be “downgraded” to a previous rank.
