Game cannot load Trucky Telemetry plugin (error 0000007E)

In your game.log if you find something similar

00:00:14.711 : loading 'TruckyTelemetry' 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Euro Truck Simulator 2/bin/win_x64/plugins/TruckyTelemetry.dll' 

00:00:14.716 : <ERROR> unable to load: 0000007E

Install the VC Redist package from Microsoft: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
